Dr. Haque's Practice

I wish no stars was possible. Honestly the worst doctor surgery in the world. Ive only met a handful of polite receptionists and Ive been at this surgery my entire life. He bulldozes over your concerns, tried to get you out as quickly as possible. They always tell you to call back @8 but you can never get an appointment but when you go to A&E, they send letters saying please contact us as urgently as possible regarding your query - like they even care. Honestly if youre seriously ill, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Calling 111 is a much safer and reliable option. Explain to them how unreliable your GP is and they will understand! Ive had a lifelong problem and Ive only been referred to see a specialist once (only late last year), the appointment was cancelled and they never tried again after that. Ive been having an unrelated problem for three weeks and they cant make time for me but once they know Ive been to A&E, they say call them but I STILL cant get an appointment! laughable! Please please please just go somewhere else. I will be!

Poor surgery. Receptionists are so unprofessional & very rude. They dont even listen to your problem properly. This surgery should be avoided. They are so careless people. My experience with them was sooo awful

Dont know where to start the receptionist are bloody pathetic always chitchatting and having coffee breaks every few minutes, dont care for their patients are extremely rude. Half of them dont shower and smell awful . Repeat prescription requests take a fortnight then if it does the get signed off by the doctor wrong items are prescribed. appointments are near impossible to get you have to call them @ 8am prompt if you dont then all the appointments are booked ( which is very suspicious ) if you phone the surgery even after a couple of minutes. This surgery needs to be investigated. Horrible horrible shame Dr Haque is a decent doctor big let down by the receptionists.
