The Surgery

Absolute let down by this practice , promises of call backs to no avail , youve got more chance of winning the lottery than getting an appt , if you value your health do not I repeat do not consider this place .

Reception staff are the problem, they have a bad attitude and expect you not to say anything back, then they put notes on your file to say that your the one casing trouble, also Im medically trained myself and know a lot more about my body than they do, when you say your going to complaint they dont care just get the practice manager to ring you, they are also blatant liars.

We attend the Victoria surgery. Jas, Manjeet and Raj are very helpful. The doctors have done more for my son than our previous surgery. Thank you.

Every morning I call up at 8 and get told there's no appointments available this doctors surgery is getting worse I got told I would have a phone call appointment and then they don't even call you and the man on the phone is very rude as well when you call up
