        The retail worker has scanned my digital game card and used my points but told me that it didnt go through. So I had to pay for my points. I have checked my points disappear, after 24hours. I only received points from the 65 purchase and not 5 worth of points. So I got scammed by them. Paid 70 for a dualsense controller. I asked the staff, if they can refund and they refused because they can only offer store credit. So they receive money but cant refund money. Stupid return policy and staff were ensuring me that the money will come back on after 24 hours but they still didnt. They gave me an issue that I HAVE TO SOLVE. For their mistake.
