The carers come out to my elderly mother, 4 times a day, they are amazing, I cannot fault them. They show care and compassion. My mom has Alzheimers and Vascular dementia so she is not easy, especially when strangers walk in her house, but they are fully understanding of her and talk to her calmly to ease the situation as she gets very scared. When they change mom, she can be very abusive towards them but somehow they manage to calm her down and get the job done with amazing ability. The main strenghths of all the carers is .......THEY CARE !! which is priceless. I would always recommend this company.

The carers are very good, friendly. They are doing a fantastic job by looking after my 83 year mother. They show so much love and compassion.

If I could give this company minus a million stars, I would. The ladies seemed nice and friendly, but the be all and end all, was when they were caught feeding my elderly mother, who has dementia, her breakfast on the commode. Absolutely disgusting. Needless to say that they were gone.

The company is very poorly led cutting corners it will eventually get caught out the only way to sort themselves out in Cherish home care is to shut up shop the care is poor to say the least, God help these people
