My child attended this nursery since was 7 months old. Whilst in the baby room the staff were great, however after moving rooms, my child was constantly ill. 4 out of 5 days per week would come home with nappy rash (but would never experience this when was not at nursery) and the key worker lacked communication skills, and did not seem qualified, as struggled with the basics. The manager is rude and unapproachable. I had a number of meetings with management to try to work through the issues I had as the last thing I wanted to do was move my child, but I found her again to be uncaring, rude, failed to listen to my concerns or take accountability when the wrong doings was clear to see. As a result i would score zero and reccommed to avoid this nursery. I have however given 1 star in recognition of 2 staff members who were great throughout my child's time there especially in the baby room and frankly are too good for this nursery.

very pleased with the level of care and support this nursery has provided my son with. No complaints whats so ever. staff were very respectable and caring towards my child. Baby room staff are brilliant. My son had a nice bond with his key worker and always ends the day with a huge smile which is enough to tell me how much he has enjoyed his day. definitely recommend.

I would avoid this nursery!! The nursery is poorly managed. The manager is rude from the first day I met her, shes not welcoming and not understanding. Some of the staff are nice just a shame theyre in the wrong nursery. Ive had so many issues whilst my little one was there!! Little one was always coming back home unwell!
