My brother was booked for this weekend but some "emergency" means he won't be going in and prevents me and my parents not getting some peace from him! The worst part is we booked him in this weekend 3 months before! Because of this we don't want to hear from the terrible place ever again...

Poor Leadership from management, They don't properly assess clients before accepting into a home, They aren't willing to adapt or listen to service users needs. There are a few amazing and genuinely caring, good staff but most lack the proper training and experience and the poor management doesn't help. Management is the major problem. If they sorted themselves out, were more open to adapting to peoples needs and were more willing to listen, it would be a lot better. They need to give staff proper training in order to meet peoples needs. They seem to think that an awareness workshop is training when it doesn't train them to understand and to be able to meet the persons needs. One problem is that they try to cater to too many different disabilities that they don't specialise in anything.
