Slow website, out of date vapes, this is the second time I have ordered from here and the second time I have received out of date vapes, I was also missing one of the vapes. Very unhappy. Don't trust the reviews on there site as I believe these are not legitimate reviews.

I have used this company many times for my vapes, to start with very good and responsive. I started having issues with my issues after a couple of good deliveries. I found I had missing items, wrong items, wrong flavours, etc. They would get resolved, but trying to reach their customer service proved difficult. Recently, I placed 2 orders with them, one arrived with no issues, and the second one had issues. I tried to call their customer service no reply, and then the mailbox for their lines was full. Emails sent no reply, eventually after a week I got a reply to say that they would refund me?? Two weeks on, I am still waiting for the refund. I won't be using this company again. There are more out there with better prices and quicker delivery.

Excellent company. At first I was annoyed because Amazon lost the delivery but Sunil was very helpful and got my order re-ordered and I received the following day. Will definitely be using again.

Terrible company, look at the other reviews! They do not respond to emails or calls and they don't send out your items. In the process of getting a refund through my bank but will also be reporting them to the ombudsman!
