Stay away! This surgery can't even read emails, on their dedicated prescriptions address, and order items on them. They have no concept of accountability or remorse.... They have no idea what data protection is! If you don't believe me phone and ask the staff! !!!!!! I dare you!!!!!!!!! Complained to a manager today, got brushed off, again ! On my third NHS complaint in as many years...... Denial is not a river Egypt....... I wonder if Frank Spencer works there........

Absolute joke never any appointments if you are even lucky enough to get through on the phone and if any staff know you be prepared for all your relatives/friends to find out what you went in for.

The worst surgery I have ever been, no priority or appointment in the same day for babies. I call at 8:00 and the answer high volume and they cut the call straight away. It is a mission impossible to get an appointment. They don't even answer the phone or approve the requested medication.
