Sonique Dress Heaven

Dresses that smell of fish!!! Not only the worse place to waste your money but when we collected my daughters dress they asked us to smell it as they had lots of dresses delivered that smelt of fish. Do not spend any money here. The place is a joke

Awful customer service. No response via email and never answer the phone. Only to have to drive to store to be called a liar. My advice shop elsewhere.

I've been trying for two days now emailing/ringing to find out when my daughters dress is ready to fetch quick enough to take my money which I paid in full but not to answer a message or call back.

If I could 0 stars I would. Please avoid this shop. I paid in full for a dress in January for a dress for my daughters prom which we knew would need altering. We are now in May and there has been no contact from the shop regarding its whereabouts and we wont have time to get it altered. I have rung the shop numerous times, mostly calls go unanswered but on one occasion I did get a reply. The girl on the end said they needed to contact the manager and would get back to me. They never did. I also have a number of unanswered emails. I have resorted to travelling to the shop on a number of occasions and each time am given a different story. The girls in the shop appear to be able to make contact with the owner but somehow I was unable to speak to them directly. I am now in a position where I am trying to get a refund and find my daughter another dress in time for prom. There is no way I want to deal with Soniques again- complete scam.
