JLB International LTD

Please do not use JLB shipping company. I sent shipment about the start of October 2022 I then went Jamaica in December 2022 to collect them, I was then told by the shipping company that they were still waiting on them to be stripped. I had Christmas presents in there for my mother children/family for Christmas and new years and still did not receive any barrels what so ever. I then called Beverly in Jamaica which she said shell call back she didnt call back I then rang her not once not twice but 3TIMES!!!!!!!! and didnt answer it, Very unprofessional I missed my flight to go back home waiting on my shipment on my family. I then had to buy a new ticket to come back to the uk and still havent received my barrels because I missed my flight waiting on them(the barrels) as of today is currently the 6th January and still havent received no call /text nor barrels from October as of when it was sent so Please please please please avoid JLB shipping at all costs im writing with tears in my eyes and its making me really upset and isolated inside that I would trust this company. No one should trust this company.

Globally, shipments are being delayed and shippers are impacted. Shipments can be held on a UK Port for 3 to 4 weeks after leaving the freight forwarders warehouse and not sail the UK. These delays are totally beyond the controls of the Freight Forwarders. All Shipping route to Jamaica and the Caribbean are impacted and a freight forwarder can only advise its customers of the situation as and when they are advised by the Carriers. Freight Forwarders like JLB Shipping are intermediaries. They do not own or operate ships or airplanes. Shippers simply need to contact their agents in the UK or at the destination ports and ask for an update on the whereabouts of their shipments.

I have been using JLB for many years now, I never have any problem with them. Miss Beverley and the staff are courteous and understanding. I have reccomended costumers and will continue to reccomend more because of their professionalism.
