NHS Sandwell and West Birmingham CCG

I have friends who live in Chester and she is 58 she has received her first covid vaccine as they are doing 55-60 year olds now. I have a friend in halesowen who has had the vaccine again they are doing 55-60 years old. Same goes with friends in parts of Wolverhampton. Im 64 and they ask me about me and why ive not heard anything i just tell them i live in sandwell and my council and health service are the best i expect nothing and they always deliver Dated 24th February 2021

Still sending out correspondence with wrong telephone number on it 3 years after a previous review by Ms Siviter below! You then call the number given on the recorded message only to have it ring and ring and ring before being cut off. This happens consistently. It will also come as no surprise to learn that THIS telephone number is different from the one on the website! But hey folks, dont get exited because they dont answer that one either!! Oh and they dont reply to letters; sent two now by signed for delivery and no response after 40 days now. I think they call this 'DISINFORMATION' and I also think its illegal. Just appalling, I expected better from the health service. If this was a private company it would have gone out of business by now. Next stop Ombudsman....
