Survey was done and A&M turned up on time when scheduled. The work was done however several holes in the wall were not sealed this was reported 3+ weeks ago and I have had no follow up. The Engineer who attended also damaged my neighbours property, 4+ weeks on I understand this has still not been resolved. Customer Service / Customer after care is very much lacking.

Customer Service is very poor, the women I spoke to on the phone was very sharp and abrupt. She asked me 1 question type of property and then quoted me a price which was very high. When I tried to ask further questions she appeared to get annoyed. I contacted Lofts Men Ltd instead, they were very good.
