Group booking with many kids. Very polite and helpful. Apologetic when one order wasnt available after ordering. Polite manager come to speak to us. Helpful waiters also. Clean and quiet place with up to date music playing

I ordered for 3 people, i noticed it was a bit slow at first when our orders all came at separate times. My drink still hadnt got here after a while so i had to go ask for it, when i did a worker said cash or card?i had already paid. The thing that gets to me is that they werent even busy and there was no one there when i got there and only about 6 more people came in once i ordered so i dont understand why they are so slow when they are so un-busy. Plus the drink wasnt even a drink like a milkshake it was literally a lemonade in a bottlesmh. The prices are not good considering the size of the portions. We all drank a whole drink just to find the toilets to be out of order food was good though.

Oh gosh where do I start from its not even worth one star. First time visiting here was recommended by a few friends maybe this branch is the worst out for the rest. We arrived and we was waiting for a table the whole restaurant was empty plenty of seats tables was all dirty from left over people. We finally was seated after 15 mins wait. The dessert took so long nearly half hour await again. There was only 3 people working they all seemed in a rush and panic mode. The manager or who ever he was just walking around in his own world. Customers are waiting to be served. Very slow service. It Really needs improvement absolutely shockin. Wont be back at all best to go elsewhere. Prices are shocking for small portions. Save your money people !!!!

Where oh where do l begin?! I have been here many times and it is generally an enjoyable experience for the family. It is the best LDS that we have frequented and much better than the Kings Heath branch or indeed the Solihull branch. It was quiet and half of the place was off bounds. I was disappointed that the toilets were out of order. When asked l was advised to use the convenience of the neighbouring Burger and Sauce establishment. In my opinion a dining experience is let down by thinking a lack of toilets or non-functional toilets is anywhere near acceptable. I was very disappointed to learn that the alleged H.Q has terminated the Loyalty scheme whether it's the app or a physical card. Now this is where is gets daft; the app and it's linked loyalty scheme is encouraged on the paper menu which isn't actually the dine in menu but the takeaway menu according to the manager Ali. It's not illogical to assume the menu on the table is the correct menu in terms of available desserts or price. Once the desserts had arrived everything was visually appealing and a friendly attack on the senses. Prices have gone up and a company shouldn't comprehend charging said prices when there is an unacceptable multitude of issues such as these. I was charged an extra 1.50 for the cookie dough only to be told that the cheaper price is for half the amount and is actually for the takeaway menu and this was the fault of......you guessed it HEAD OFFICE. So although the desserts are rather nice and consistently tasty, the niggling issues that this business feels not worth correcting let LDS, as an ongoing concern, down.

Ambience is good. I like to sit there and enjoyed my deserts . I am satisfied with the service. Mr. Ali (Manager) is too good to their customers and personally come to greet them. I like his behaviour.
