        I have been under accord before they changed to green square accord, they are still the same cowboy outfit as before. They are a business for profit first, repairs for their tenants are the lowest of the priority. PHjones who does the gas servicing are shocking bad. If we complain to them they bully us and threaten to evict us.

        I live at Liberty Court, Cheslyn Hay. They have refused requests to re-turf my garden which the gardeners have ruined over time in wet weather. It's a mud bath. This is despite me having mobility issues and other heath conditions. The association is not "Building Better Lives". Nothing is done about anti-social behaviour including drug smoking on communial car parks which is blowing through property air vents.
