The reception staff where rude and impolite to patients who wanted treatment, I must say the security guys were the best respected individual out of the hospital

seems fine, but I've noticed overtime, even though there is a reception area in the department, it isn't even used - you just turn up and wait until someone comes to waiting area & calls out your name - other then that the staff seem helpful...

The physiotherapist i met today after my total knee replacement was excellent. The access to the department however was far from excellent, no parking for patients, a very uneven surface into the building. Considering that the likely hood of people with mobility issues would be attending physiotherapy the access to this building/surface is very poor.
