        One of the worsted experiences I've encountered! Had to wait 3 hours for a job that takes 5 minutes! It was a recall to replace a drivers airbag! Its does not take 3 hours to replace a airbag! I have changed a cambelt and water pump in that time. The receptionist she is extremely unhelpful, rude, Not personable and just behaves like she doesn't want to be there. Just retire! Honestly.

        The staff were very prfessional, attentative and polite and are a credit to the organisation. I had an appointment for 8:30am and was told that the service I had booked would take roughly about an hour. I was out of Honda just after 9:30am as promised. Also they have a customer waiting area stocked with a coffee machine and teas just incase you don't live locally like myself, meaning you can keep warm and have a cuppa. Highly recommended
