Worst experience ever. They forgot my appointment and didn't have the right items for my highlights. They went out and bought some items from the corner shop. The cap was way too big and had no holes. The holes they made were too small to pull the hair through and it was agony. I said stop and pulled it off and she then did it with foil paper. She left it orange, forgot to cut it and burnt my ear with the straighteners. When I informed her that she hadn't cut it she started chopping parts of my dried and blow-dried hair off. It looked terrible.

The staff are extremely unprofessional. Manager blocked my number for no reason. I booked myself a appointment and last minute they cancelled. The receptionist was also very unprofessional. Katrava was also another lady who spoke to me and kept hanging up. They say nice things at first and then all of sudden they behave strange for no valid reason.. after reading all the above comments I am glad I did not have my full treatment as I think these people are dodgy and thieves! Most unprofessional service I have ever had in my entire life. I am a professional lady who has a professional job and to have this experience, I am utterly gobsmacked today. I dont understand how you guys will make money by treating customers so unfair and disrespect them? I was also commented on the phone about my skin colour? please be aware of these women in this salon! Services: Manicure, Blowouts, Brazilian hair straightening

These positive reviews seem fake I was scammed of 850 by Natasha Crust Very unprofessional service appointment was booked 2 months in advance on the day of session i called up to confirm everything she told me she will not be seeing me today as she is fully booked then i said nicely this is not the right way to deal with customers i waited over a month for the second session of laser hair removal without saying anything she cut the call off. BEWARE will treat you nice at the start to make you pay the full amount after you pay there is no going back she blocked me been messaging and calling for refund as she was the one who cancelled my appointment without informing me twice no one answers. i see there are few others who had similar experience my money is stuck with her she is refusing to refund me after the first session she asked me to transfer the money instead of paying through wowcher this was her plan from the start to scam me.if you are desperate for money ask the government dont scam people of there hard earned money if you cant be bothered to do the treatments stop over booking people to scam them i will be taking this further until i get my money back. Please go elsewhere you get what you pay for don't fall for the cheap offers they advertise she does not know what shes doing go to a reputable company. Service: Laser hair removal
