        Lots of solid gym equipment in the open air which is free to use. Obviously the weather is a factor as to whether you would want to use this, but it's a great option and feature within Sandwell Valley. There are instruction plates on each item, and many different kinds of items for different kinds of workouts.

        Probably the best gym park Ive been to. For kids over 14 years old and adults, with more than 20 pieces of gym equipment. All in good working order and a great variety of excess machines to work every muscle. Each piece of equipment has a QR code linking to a YouTube video explaining how to use the machine. Who needs to pay for a gym, when the free park gym is as well equipped as this one.
