        Good gym but rubbish hours. Closing 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays is ridiculous so I had to quit. Never seen a gym close that early on weekends. They need to extend the hours.

        Decent replica Hammer strength machines. Leg machines are terrible. Otherwise a decent gym with a lot of free weights.

        Solid Gym, lovely staff and overall a better place if your into building muscle strength and staying fit. Results are quicker than the new style gyms with resistant weights, and stacked weights. So many machines to hit a specific muscle at Alpine gym. Keep up the hard work!!!
