This doctors keep messing my meds up and it's so hard to get an appointment even for kids as young as mines let alone adults

Awful service can not get through on the phone. Its either to busy or the have problems with the telephone service. Seems there just hiding behind the current situation. The nurses are very good, when youre can get through to them. Its the admin side needs looking into. Wanting to know why you need to see the Dr.

Been ringing for 3 days to get an appointment and it says the phone lines are full so I went down rang from outside ot said the same and not one person was on the phone absolute and utter joke. STILL CANT GET THRU.

Aboustley Ridiculous, never get an appointment for children, seen the doctor after 9 months sent my 2 year old for bloods didn't give the numbing cream, wasted journey sat waiting for 1 hour up sandwell hosp when I live in Walsall to be told bloods can't be done because no cream rang docs back up as had to rebook bloods,to be told they can't send prescription to a local pharmacist I need to go to there but there unsure if it's in stock!! It's now Friday bloods 're booked for Monday!! Cheeky receptionist divina then processed to tell me I shouldn't be at this doctors even though I've been there for 25 years!!! And puts the phone down on me!! Good for nothing these are the ones ruining this doctors
