        Ive got blinds from this company in my bifold doors and theyve been nothing but trouble. 2.5 years now of back and forth with my glazing company and Ive still got a jammed blind. Some have been replaced more than once but always after months of waiting because Gem Blinds have zero idea about customer service. The product isnt fit for purpose. Avoid them like the plague.

        Quite simply. They dont work. Out of the 11 units I bought all 11 blinds get stuck half way when you try and move them up and down. There is also zero customer service so dont expect any help there. If you take a look at the other reviews everybody has had the same problem.
