I would highly recommend this place. The delivery drivers were very helpful. I understood that the delivery fee only include curb side drop off and not in my garden so that wasn't a problem. It was very cheap, probably the cheapest in the midlands! It was great quality.

If i could give 0 stars for this review I would, unfortunately need to select 1 star which is generous considering the Poor service. Firstly when I was placing the order, the "gentlemen" at the counter stated it will be 10 delivery charge. (considering my parents house is on the same road). I mentioned there is easy gate access on the side of the house so if they could take the panels into the back garden that will be great as the panels are too heavy for my mum to carry in and nobody else would be at the property. The "gentlemen" at the counter abruptly responded saying that "all customers have the same issue and that it's upto the delivery guys, your mum will need to ask them nicely". I questioned what was point of charging a delivery service when they are not going to deliver the items in to the area they are meant to go in? (considering the garden access was easily accessible). The delivery drivers left the fence panels in my parents front garden. Didn't ask for a signature, before my mum could ask them to help lift the panels in, they drove off. Gill fencing are quick enough to grab the customer's money yet can't even commit to a good delivery service after taking the customers money? Shoddy and disgusting service you should be ashamed of yourselves. My poor mum and dad who are not strong enough to lift the panels just about moved them to the side of the house. They had to wait for me to arrive after work so that I can move them into the garden for them. I have been using Gill fencing for years because of the good prices when it comes to the materials. The family who own the company have always been rude and clueless but I never had an issue on delivery up until now. Clearly you get some business owners who are more money hungry rather than prioritising the customer's needs. Word of advice, if you can't provide good customer service or improve on people skills, you shouldn't be running a business. When I called the company back to complain the "gentlemen" who originally served me wouldn't listen to me when I was trying to complain about the bad service and that there was no point in me paying the delivery fee. He threatened to cut the phone call off and I said cut the phone off if you like but the fact that my parents are old and you dumping the fences in the front garden is a disgrace. Like a fool he cut the call off. Disgrace. Next time I'll use more reliable companies such as NAR fencing and Darlaston builders who are reputable companies. Should've gone to them first. Stay well away from this company.

Poor service attitude go with told come back for item wanted and they had load on yard, so went back to collect item in morning told they hadn't any left lol, even tho two pallets of stuff, so decided to ring see been delivered rather than waste petrol going down, and guess, what still none coming tomorrow, sorry but order was small about 50 roughly,, well I won't bother wasting my time again coming here, lost sale
