        I brought a bed through a 3rd party 3 years ago and had an issue with the metal bar in the middle. They advised me to contact Serene directly and all I can say is the level of customer service I received from Amy and Taz was above and beyond. They found the part i needed , arranged for delivery, kept me updated on delivery progress. Impeccable !!! highly recommend and Amy deserves a pay rise

        Carlsberg don't do bath deliveries, but if they did, it would be similar to Serene's. Two guys delivered our whirlpool bath today, cheerful and friendly, even when I asked for them to put the bath around the back of our property in conservatory for storage. Much appreciated and a credit to your company!
