Our fathers funeral was on the 9 th March 2023, from the moment we first went into Gibbs to arrange dad's funeral we were greeted by Jody from that very first time we met her she made us feel that we had chosen the right place for our dad's final journey, Jody made the hardest thing we had ever dealt with that bit easier, she kept me updated on every single thing piece of information that I needed to know, to be honest I would have been lost without Jody, she was a absolute star, I'm sure I'm right in thinking that Jody hadn't been at Gibbs for very long, well if that was the case, you did a absolute perfect job Jody and we will be eternally grateful, Thank you and regards The O'connor family

Highly recommend G Gibbs, excellent customer service from start to finish. Jodie was an excellent listener and was respectful and understanding when helping us to plan the service. The service for my grandad was beautiful and exactly what we described to the team.
