I am really impressed with our new wardrobes which were fitted to a high standard. The fitters, Ranjodh & Gurnam are a credit to My Fitted Wardrobes, not only was the quality of their work fantastic, but they ensured to ask the right questions throughout the fitting to ensure i was happy with the way things were progressing and overall design. This is the second time I've used this company and i am glad i did both times.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service received and changes allowed to the fitting of my wardrobes. I was able to change my mind on the style of the wardrobes on my final design and even tho on the day of the fitting there was an error with the actual doors bought to be fitted. The company took the wrong doors back and re ordered the doors that I wanted. I must say Indy and the fitters have gone above and beyond to ensure the wardrobes are to the specification that I wanted and all within the original price quoted for the work! Thank you all for the continued professionalism and commitment to completing the job.

So I am going to try and be fair, the rating above is based purely on the product supplied and not the level of overall service received. Otherwise it would barely be a 1* rating... I had some quotes from a few suppliers and My Fitted Wardrobes were quite competitive compared to other suppliers and the wardrobes seemed of reasonable quality. The sales process was pretty smooth and the installers arrived on time and were polite and courteous. They took a few visits to complete the job, not the one day that they promised. I had asked for some bespoke panels to be produced and a couple of side tables for the bed, the side panels were supplied and I was told the side tables would be done at a later date. After inspecting the wardrobes they are of average quality, some of the cutting and edging is not great with many chips on show and they seem to randomly drill holes and then cap them off, the drawer systems are not the best either and they scrape the carcass when opening and closing. All in all I have had better wardrobes fitted by another company and their quality is much better, however these guys are considerably cheaper so I'd say they are worth what we paid if not the best quality. Now here's the major but! The communication from this company is non-existent, they just don't want to know once they have your money. I paid my bill on completion and asked for an invoice, the owner ignored all emails and text communication. It's only because I had the owners mobile number and continued to pester him with calls that I finally got an invoice 3 weeks later. I have been chasing production of my side tables for months now and they haven't been produced. I have spoken to the owner personally many times, as he ignores text messages, he will be totally rational on the phone and say that he will get back to you and then does not! I even went to their office and he took all the measurements again and promised production that week and then did not produce the tables. I asked him straight out on a number of occasions that if he has no interest in producing them then tell me and I will look elsewhere, however he continues to insist that they will manufacture them and then doesn't bother. So in summary, if you get your wardrobes fitted at the first attempt you will get reasonable value for money, however if you should have any issues or need for come back then I feel for you... you are unlikely to get anywhere with these guys!

Absolutely awful, expected bespoke wardrobes and ended up with holes all over which they tried to hide with stickers, we tried to give them the benefit of coming back to fix. However one wardrobe had more issues after the fix so waiting AGAIN. Very poor communication and not professional at all. Very upset as we spent a lot of money.
