First time using this dry cleaners and have to say I was very impressed. I called for an urgent suit which needed dry cleaned for an event the next day, the service was quick, reliable and very cheap, the guy who served me was extremely friendly. Will definitely be using White Cat as a regular going forward.

AVOID! I took my expensive suede jacket to them as they claimed to be specialist suede dry cleaners. My jacket had shrunk to half its size! When I questioned them, they told me I had put on weight! Outrageous! No refund or compensation given.

Took a pair of curtains to be dry cleaned as they had slight marks/stains on them from workmen's dust. On collection of the curtains , My husband was informed that the curtains had ripped, even though they had followed instructions. Now, I understand that accidents happen and it may not of been their fault that the curtains ripped, however, I did not recieve a phone call to inform me of this incident once they had discovered the damage. It was just a surprise left for collection. Nor did the owners offer any kind of discount for their service considering we sent useable curtains into their business and recieved unuseable, damaged curtains back. Once my husband got home and informed me of the situation, I called the drycleaners to express my dissatisfaction , and only once I had mentioned my shock that they had not offered any form of discount/compensation for the situation did they do so. I am glad they are willing to refund part of the fee for the damage but not happy that you have to moan for it and are not informed of any mishaps when they happen.
