We recently upgraded our polycarbonate conservatory roof to a fully insulated tiled and plastered roof. Reliant were brilliant from start to finish. This is our 3rd times using Reliant as we know we will get a top job done. The guys who fitted the roof, the plasterers and electrician were professional, polite and very hard working. Also Janine kept us fully informed of start dates and when work would be completed. I would like to add that unlike their competitors the sales representative was not pushy and we never felt pressured to purchase Overall I would definitely recommend.

The initial fitment of the windows and doors were spot on as was the price although we assumed we purchased 2 composite doors, but actually fitted one and a pvc. This however was rectified with a refund, which we accepted. Few issues with the doors few years later, not a fitment issue more a color fade and a crack in the pvc door. they rectified these with no issues. Very helpful team. And friendly staff.

We had several windows installed and were very happy with the standard of customer care throughout. Sales, installation and after sales teams were professional and helpful. While not everything went to plan the issues were dealt with swiftly and with zero fuss. The windows themselves are very attractive and good quality for the price point.

We have had a conservatory built before by Relient Window Company. It was only natural to go back to Relient for a quote, for our extension. The quote came in and it was very competitive. From the start with Bill, sales help it was very professional. It was done in stages, first along came Jack, and co, builders who built the foundations. Very clean an neat work, no bother to us. Next came the fitters who are very skilled, and along came Nigel the election, who is so helpful. Next came Ian the plasterer, he is an amazing finisher. Also Jinene our project manager who has a can do attitude, Chris who can put his hand to anything, a big thank you too!! We are absolutely thrilled with our work and would highly recommend the above team at Relient Windows, they are truly Excellent.
