Dr R Ghatge - Yew Tree Surgery

Worst surgery by far!! STAY AWAY AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PRACTICE! Very rude staff and Dr just doesn't care but will fob you off before even cheking you out! You can be no.1 in the que but will be 35mins still waiting for someone to answer!!! After few years iv had to move to another new practice. Enough is enough!! This place needs shutting down or everyone needs to be sacked!!!! If you are reading the reviews not one positive comment!! Guys stay away and rejister elsewhere as you will be very dissapointed with the service at this place!!! Close this place down already!!

Hi got to say the standard of service we as patients receive from this practice is disgusting not from doctors but the receptionists just try getting through takes days totally unacceptable they will say covid total rubbish I've been sitting there with no patients in and the phone is left ringing I've read bad reports before now I'm compelled to say enough is enough sack them all start again they are harming the practice

I been registered now 3 months and Its impossible to get an appointment everytime I call phones saying call back later. I've had no medication because you won't sort it. Your putting people's lives at risk. Worste doctors I've been with
