Reception staff very rude. Called 3 times to be cut off each time after waiting over 30 minutes each time.. I Was advised by 111 to be seen by my doctor and then to be told they had no spaces and then I demanded to have some tests done and to come back in 3 hours, sat in the waiting area.. there was no one there! To say there was no space available to be seen I dont know who they were meant to be seeing. Joke

One of the worst GP in Tipton. When I try to call them I can't get through to anybody. Telephone is off. When I went to Great Bridge Gp's reception yo book an appointment one of the staff told me to call us tomorrow before 9am. I said the telphone is off she replied it's not off. I called their number in the front of her at the reception the call was ending automatically. After that she goes something might be wrong and we will sort it. She was just sitting there and using her phone. She was just chilling in the reception and passing her time. Thus GP needs to be reported to NHS of England and other Health Authorities. Awful GP

The worst surgery ever to answer your calls, reception staff sit in the office and ignore the phones from being answered because there boss had told them not to answer and see people who turn up on reception. Poor service overall, you cant even complain because you cant go past the reception staff. Most of them will tell you to call back next day after you got through to them waiting over 40mins.
