Ordered from there, took ages to arrive then the food was mouldy! Disgusting

Placed order at 820pm waited the hour and 10 mins just eat said. Called the restaurant got told they were busy and it would be another 20 mins. Kids fell asleep waiting and food took another 30 mins to arrive. If I pay good money for something I don't expect to wait nearly 2 hours unless it's me doing the cooking. Disappointing because I've ordered before and had good experience not surevwhats happened teddy's but you need to sort it our. Simplify your menu options which would allow you to pay more drivers

Avoid at all cost. Terrible service and food. Lots of attitude from staff and 5 for a mojito which is just ice and syrup and 2 mint leaves absolute joke. Avoid

Driver apparently called 3 times but I had no calls that went through. Was late. Never got what I ordered and havent got a refund back

Placed order today (Friday) for my nephews - a big order for 7 through UberEats app. The service has been amazing from the get go of placing the order. I was delighted with delivery, received well before the expected time. The desserts were delish and perfect temperature. The kids loved it! Will be ordering again!!! Thank you!!!
