Worst dental practice can't even get a appointment with them

i have been a patient here for a long time on the NHS because i have not seen the dentist since 2019 they have took me off the list and now i can only be seen as a private patient. No attempt to get in touch and let me know to come in or inform me of their decision instead i get struck off yet I am their NHS patient. Now they are full on the NHS side and i cant get in unless i go private. THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER CARE !!! I WAS YOUR PATIENT YOU SHOULD HAVE A POLICY TO KEEP YOUR EXISTING PATIENTS NOT TEMIVE THEM OFF YOUR RECORDS HOPE YOU GUYS IN MANAGEMENT READ THIS NOT GOOD

I have tried many dentists before registering with the Dental practice 8 years ago. I travel 8 miles because it is a modern friendly customer focussed professional establishment. My dentist listens to my dental issues And explains what needs to be done to rectify the problem. Of all the dental practices within an 8 mile radius i chose this one ime 54 it was a wise decision.

Been a patient for years and never listened to my conserns. Todays visit felt just as rushed as all other appointments just today I was given the injection without even talking me through what they planned to do and it didn't even have time to even start to work before started to drill a tooth then i had to tell them to stop as could feel absolutely everything and was already anxious and shaking and made them aware before they did it that i suffer with anxiety and panic attacks. In the end I just asked them to stop all together and to be sent to the hospital to have the work done before i walked out in floods of tears and hid in the toilet as I was already having a bad panic attack before i quickly got myself together before walking out feeling like i was at fault again. My appointment was at 10am i was seen 10:07am and in the toilet in there surgery by 10:13am. My mouth still didn't even start to go numb until about 15-20 mins after having the injections put in my gum for the work to be done. I'm now left waiting on a hospital appointment to have more teeth removed than the original 2 that do need removing let alone filling. Just feel like I was tortured for the heck of it and the filling I received today was done on a tooth that I felt didn't even remotely need it. I was also told at the appointment I went to 2 weeks prior I'd need the filling today and would have to be silver instead of normal and yet it had been filled with a normal filling.

I have been a patient here for a long time now and the dental practice are really friendly very helpful and will always be a phone call away if you ever need anything I am so happy that I chose this practice thank you so much for all your hard work and keep doing what you do xxx
