Can only speak from personal experience as a player and as a programme coordinator but Cicada have been outstanding for many years in their service. From being Cardiff Metropolitan Universitys kit supplier some years they were second to none in them quality of clothing but also being reliable and proactive around deliveries times. Inevitably any kit supplier is in the hands of overseas travel challenges, so whilst sometimes things were delayed we always felt like we knew what was going on and knew we would be looked after. On a personal playing front, some kit providers try to go too overboard and flashy with their equipment. Having used Cicada products for 9-10 years at National Counties level I have never had an issue with their quality which is excellent and traditional in nature. Bats, pads and gloves in particular have been durable and comfortable with absolutely no issues. Would highly recommend if youre looking for kit that will be value for money and will last.

Customer service was bad, online prices are different from in-store also. When asked why he said you can pick and feel the bat but when you only have one of the bats theres not much to choose. The guy should go on a customer service course.
