        Racist staff employed and work here. Im so disgusted by what I witnessed today in this shop. No one should ever be spoken to the way I saw a member of staff speak to an elderly 70+ Indian man. Should be ashamed of yourselves that you can treat another human how I saw someone be treated today. I dont even wish to give 1 star rating.

        This shop would not accept my mothers energy bill credit letter. The energy company then sent it again by email, they wouldnt accept this as they said it needed to be a letter! I suspect this is due to incompetent staff or a managerial decision, if the latter they should withdraw from the Paypoint service.
