Its such a shame I have to give this company a one star review as the gates I purchased from them are very good. The reason for the one star review is the customer service was genuinely the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered a set of gates and knew I would have to wait 3 - 4 weeks for them to be fabricated. I asked if it would be possible not to deliver them on a specific day in the 3rd week should they be ready. On that morning I got a text message saying the gates were on their way, I phoned them straight away and they said it was written on my order and apologised. Five hours later a delivery driver was on the phone telling me he was here, sadly I wasn't and he had to leave with the gates. I phoned up the next day to tell them I was free whenever they wanted to deliver the gates and received a lecture about paying for delivery again as I wasnt there. I pointed out the note on the invoice at which they backed down and promised it by the end of the week. I then phoned them twice a week for the next seven weeks repeating this process, each time told it would be before the end of the week. I eventually got the text message and met the driver with my gates. The driver was very helpfull and I noticed as it was being unloaded that none of the hinges where with the gates. The driver and I looked through all the packaging for them but they were missing, so he helpfully phoned up and said they are going to send some out. Two weeks passed and my hinges were nowhere to be seen, so I phoned up and was told I must have thrown them away as they get sealed into the packaging and the driver would have shown me this. I had great delight in telling them the driver was the one who phoned up and reported it but they then said they had no record of it. To be fair they did turn up the next week and when I trial fitted them the casting was so cheap and nasty three of the nuts wouldnt thread onto the bar, I just went and bought some new ones. Also if you try using the online chat function on the website to ask why you have not received your order, it suddenly goes quiet and nobody types back!
