Went there to grab heavy items with my wife...we can't pick then up so took our 20 yr old son to do lifting. Only 2 ppl allowed per card now so other half had to wait in car. Will not be coming back!

Place is gone downhill really bad. Cheaper to shop at Iceland etc. Overpriced.

Never a good experience shopping here. Only came because of the type of stock we needed. Then to find out that it is closed down permanently when we pull up just shows the lack of customer care hyperama had. No communication to let customers know it has ceased trading, but it is still showing on Google as open.

Went to the cash and carry today morning bought many monsters when i going to upload there is one monster can is leaking from one side ,when i took back she said you drop it we seen on the camera , i told her if I dropped can you show me that footage the she said one of my colleagues seen you to drop it , full of liars , even when i called the manager i said I dont want to change the monster now but i want to see my footage when i dropped it and he said camera is going under repair what the hell , all of staff are liars with manager.

VERY EXPENSIVE !!! cash & carry it wasn't like this before, all of a sudden its now a lot more expensive than the local shops around, what is the point of shopping there if you can buy cheaper in local shops. The biggest down side to this place is the management, I dont think they understand stock control and if they do then they are not doing it very well, you can hardly ever buy same product twice and on every occasion you goto the wholesaler you'll find that they have shelved things in a different place than the week before. Its a shame such large place but hardly any customers in there and all because there are about a half dozen directors on the floor and no producers. Weldone guys keep it up.
