Wait time Nails not worth the money or time!
Edit: she called me sour in her response whilst harbouring 2.7 stars, pick your battles. Nice to see you edited your initial response! Your service isnt worth the money and THE REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES
Men walking through from the back room, didnt appear appointment related.
NO QUALIFICATIONS shown on the walls at all! It felt like they were taking money to practice.
Left waiting 30 mins with no apology, offer of tea / water, no idea as to how long youll be there and no accountability for wasting your time then the woman wants to give attitude, lady youre lucky I didnt tell you about your shop in front your customers.
No privacy, right next to main road, no parking, no frosting on windows, no blinds, decoration just a bare makeshift room with cheap chairs. If I took a photo of what your till is balancing on youd be embarrassed.
GO ELSEWHERE, its not even worth it.
I called and asked for a slot to be BOOKED and was told by the blonde woman normally theres a 5 deposit but I know I have no-one at that time so just come. When I get there I was left waiting for 30 mins before I walked out, Im not paying you to waste my time its absurd that they think thats ok.
The defensive blonde woman kept talking over me repeating it was me you spoke to, it was me you spoke to this wasnt being disputed but why are you trying to argue with a customer after you double booked yourself??
IT WAS YOU I requested book the appointment and YOU who told me there was no need and assured me that time was available for me.
I wish Id seen these reviews before I wasted my petrol. I dont care for their response, they dont know customer service so youll experience the same yourself.
