I took my wife here recently for the first time and it was the biggest mistake I have ever made. She went to have her hair layered. First impressions were not good. As we entered the shop there was a terrible smell everywhere. The shop appeared to look like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks! The lady came over and she was wearing all black clothes with visable white stains showing! Her customer service was very poor and she kept asking for the money to be paid first. As my wife sat on the chair to have her hair done, the lady placed a cloth to my wifes back and shoulders. The cloth fell to the floor and the lady picked it up and decided to put the same cloth back on. As she did the cut to my wife's hair, her husband came in from outside with a young child and left him on the waiting chairs. He cried and kept running around! The hair cut was done in 15 minutes and gosh! She did an absolutely terrible job! We went home in disappointment and my wife became emotional. I went for a full body wax and arrived earlier than my appointment just to help out the lady. She was very unprofessional and kept complaining that she needed to go soon. She rushed the waxing and really hurt me the point of leaving 3 bruises on my legs. I paid for a full body wax and she left some areas untouched like she didn't even bother with it even though I said I need a full body wax. I'm so upset that I traveled extra gar and paid for a treatment and did not receive it. Very unprofessional as a small child kept interrupting I felt so uncomfortable as I was not fully clothed because of the wax treatment. I called to place a complaint with the management but without listening to be she rudely hung up on me. Don't waste your money here you will be treated very badly. Service: Body waxing
