Not the greatest mani-pedi. Poorly done. No massage or nail tidy up. Not worth it's price to be honest

Received a mani + pedi at blink beauty in Birmingham and I am highly disappointed with the whole experience. The nail technician was friendly but its evident that she is not qualified nor equipped to do manis and pedis. First of all her studio set-up is based in a small office with zero decoration and doesnt give you the nice feeling you get when you walk into a proper nail salon. Secondly, she had a handful of nail polish which I was not expecting. I had to go with red simply because she didnt have any of the colors i wanted. My friend got her mani done first and mine was done straight after, she did not sanitize the table nor put a clean hand towel before I started which was appalling and finally the results of the mani + pedi was horrendous. My toe nails look like they have been painted on by a 10 year old. Beware ladies and gents i would STRONGLY advice you NOT to go to this nail salon.

I am a regular customer of Blink Beauty and have experienced an outstanding service from the beautician. The Shellac on my nails and toes have lasted longer .The beautician is always polite and tries her best to book me an appointment. I recommend the pedicure, manicure and a full body massage.

Booked mani pedi for me and my friend, the results are terrible. Lady who works in this space is lovely but she is not qualified to do this job. She doesnt have the materials nor techniques. The whole experience feels like its your auntie doing your mani using her own nails instead of instruments. Tries to polish of cuticle by the file instead of cutting it. When gel gets to ur skin shell use her nails to remove the excess smudging the manicure making it look like on the photo. Doesnt cover corners properly. No proper hygiene. Save ur nerves dont go there
