I am extremely sorry to say the food place is good, but I am very disappointed with the stuff we are having a meeting with my mates and Ive been told more than twice to leave the place we are close. I think respect is a more important than food so I will recommend my friends and family. Dont come to this place next time and I will request to the Main Boss. Please talk to your stuff and tell them to respect your customer otherwise youre gonna lose a business step-by-step you will lose all your customers. Im really sorry for the feedback I hope you understand the negative feedback is always good for the business. If you dont look after your customer customer will not come to your place and you will lose your job and owner will lose the bussiness must speak to your stuff and protect your business. Otherwise nobody is gonna look after your business and you will lose your pub. Respect is more important there is 1000s of place in Birmingham. There is 100s of place in West Bromwich. I am one of your regular customer but I am very disappointed this time and I felt so bad to live in this negative feedback. I hope you will talk to your staff and give them little bit more training and teach them how to treat the customers. I left my Coke in the middle
