Went into branch at 12.30 last Saturday not realising it closed at 1pm. When we arrived the security guard was really friendly and advised us where to wait. There were several people in front of us and it was a bit of a wait. We were quite conscious that it was nearly closing time, but the staff were extremely professional and friendly, and did not make us feel rushed. We were in on mortgage related business, and the member of staff had to get a colleague to advise. It was lovely to see that there was obviously a culture of support in branch. As there was a slight issue with a transaction, another member of staff was also requested to check details, and again, this was done in a friendly and supportive manner. It was probably about 1.15 by the time we left (apologising for keeping them behind), but they were polite and friendly throughout. Excellent service

I will not say its worst bank... My experience as the customer was at the beginning really good, think about it...everything for free, easy to use Internet access but mainly very helpful customer service no matter I've went to branch or have queries over the phone.. Always I was appreciated how my enquiries was sorted... True so branch was small in most cases and not really attractive but they always been trying to make whole process quickly and professionally. Since the last two or three years I noticed small things had changed in not really way I like it , but still I was attached to this Bank .. Until now.. Since more than month I am under restrictions and investigation regarding my payments.. At the beginning branch staff was only able to on piece of paper tell me what documentation I need to send via email to there fraud department, called tier 1... Sadly no one was able to explain what and why I need to do that I simply have to.. I will not count number of visits, phone calls or emails I've done to prove all my money's are coming from lawful institutions, I was still unable to reach my founds, pay bills or simply cover my family expenses.. Everything was going on in nicely just refurbished branch... I was treated as criminal without any rights or dignity, who is really lucky that she will be listened but waiting time is minimum an hour... After so many years as loyal customer I can say it's very disappointing and devastating situation to treat someone like that.. Last thing I can suggest..Avoid!!!!!

Not good bank at all they froze my bank card plus deleted my online bank and no body wants to help me when i call them they also made me wait for my money which am still fighting about they making me wait and wait . Very bad

Disrespectful I have made a transaction to my partner I when to bank to take some funds and miss monika she was unpolite Disrespectful and unhelpful and they block my partner account big shame on tsb bank
