The girl that works there shes dark skinned has terrible attitude , I dont like being served by her but no others were there so had to get served by her shes very rude would not recommend going there

The customer service in this shop is abismal. Its a shame that one rude woman can reflect on the whole establishment, but when we entered the shop and were served by an elderly lady with glasses, she immediately greeted us with rudeness since we didnt know that there was no loaded chips. Then when my cousin asked for some hand sanitiser (which is perfectly reasonable considering most places provide this) she again, rudely, said that she was only allowed one squirt and ranted on at us that she had bought it herself (this would be fine if hand sanitiser wasnt one of the cheapest things in the market right now) and so- we all decided there was no way we would purchase something from such a horrible experience and upon leaving she said oh after all of that!! as a person who works in hospitality I dont understand how shes even employed in such a place if she cant handle her temper and a few questions.. Other workers said nothing.

An Absolute disgustingly rude lady that works in there & she needs some serious customer service training!! I will never be returning there after the way she spoke to my daughter this afternoon, i would advise anyone with a short temper not to bother going in else it could be a totally different story!! I will be contacting her manager & reporting her, the only reason I have one star is because there isnt an option for none!!
