George`s Garage LTD

Me and my husband running a small transport business with a fleet of Luton vans. One of our VW Crafter Luton van had adblue marker lit on dashboard. We took the van to a VW garage close to our depot and they kept the van there for 1 week as they couldn't find the issue and they forward the problem to VW technical support After 1 week they told us that the DPF is down and we have to replace it at a cost of 2200 and 10 working days waiting gor it to be delivered . We took the van ffom VW and get to George's Garage in a Friday morning once he put the diagnosis on the van he told us straight away that the DPF is good and have no issues. The problem was a small tiny sensor which wasn't very expensive and the van was ready in the next working day following week. George's garage offer a curtesy car to my husband to drive home and kept while the van was in garage. George's garage dealt with high level of professionalism, kept us updated all the time and explain us all the work they undertaken to our van in a way that we been able to understand everything. Can't be more grateful to George's garage. I recommend George's garage Thank you!!!
