        Dean and his team have completed several projects for our company over the last 18 months with an outstanding fit & finish. The staff are helpful and always on hand to offer help & advice on their products.

        This firm gets 1 star for answering the phone. Sadly that's where it went downhill. The man who answered was rude, unhelpful and came across like he couldn't be bothered. I would recommend that the firm put this individual on a non customer facing role. Very disappointed.

        Gillard Brothers have completed a number of commercial flooring projects at our premises in West Bergholt. I have always found them to be competitive, reliable and knowledgeable always giving sound advice. Their installation staff are a real asset: polite, tidy and efficient and their work was always to a high standard and nothing was too much trouble for them; so much so that I have since used them personally at my private address for a number of projects.
