We recently had a boundary wall constructed by Dan and his team. Project managing from the beginning Dan saw the job through to the end. The build started on time and finished on time. Excellent communication skills, polite, and professional, we were so impressed and would not hesitate to recommend.

Dan and his team have just completed a major facelift to our 1975 built, 14 apartments complex, with the use of Cedral fascia boards along with a repaint to white [from brown] of the timber towers on the rear elevation of the building. To sum up, Dan, Sam and Clyde were *very efficient, *worked to a high standard, *were extremely approachable and friendly, and finally *adaptable when confronted with a couple of problems that presented themselves when the old materials were stripped away. I would therefore have no problem in recommending Coe Building to anyone.

Feb.2022 Following the recent storms Coe Roofing and Building repaired the damage to our tiled roof. They made safe the loose tiles, removed the damaged tiles prior to sending a quote. The quote was submitted to the insurance company within two days and job completed the following week. Very professional, tidy and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family
