Spectacular views in a beautiful setting. Very hospitable hosts who brought us homemade scones on the first day. The road to the cottage is very windy, we found that turning left out of the entrance to the cottage was a slightly easier route. The cottage is very quirky but renovated extremely well by the hosts who are very happy to talk you through the history of the building. They also have some very friendly dogs who like to pay a visit, usually around dinner time! There is also a short walk to the river through some farmland which makes for a relaxing morning or evening stroll. Overall, a cosy and relaxing time spent at The Long House, Cullacott.

Really amazing and unique place to stay. Beautifully restored with stunning views and a great walk down to the river. Very friendly hosts who really made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend particularly for those interested in history who don't mind low ceilings and door frames.
