Disappointing. I had to ring 6 times to chase up my job. Didn't ring me back, lame excuses when I rang him so ended up canceling after 3 months of getting nowhere. Waste of time really and set my project back by probably 3 months now. Customer service shocking.

I have no doubt about the skill of the man, but he has a ludicrously bad customer service for small jobs - we had been kept waiting for around 2 years for a small commission which was promised in a few weeks. Finally we have had enough and cancelled the order after the many, many delays and excuses. It would have been far better to have said in the first place that he was too busy to take on any more work, in which case we would have looked around for another smith and had the job done several times over. If you want a little job done, simply forget about Wentworth Forge.

A true craftsman who makes very well built items that are made with care. We had a frame made to carry a top-box on our trailer tent and Neil made sure that it was exactly what we needed at a sensible price.

Ive have several items from Neil all are extremely well made and made with such attention to detail. Neil is a thorough and very talented craftsman. I dont hesitate in recommending his work. Every item is handmade to a very high standard

Bought a brazier for the patio, so pleased with it. Much more Solidly built than the mass produced ones so should last for years. Nice friendly service too.
