        Excellent results, Time taken to really understand clients needs. Products of good quality with lasting effects ie colours. Fiona makes her clients feel at ease is professional and genuinely cares that her client leaves with the results they came in for. I will be honest it's more expensive than am used to but I was fed up going to my previous place were they didn't care about taking time to explain or give you choice of colours that you really wanted . My old hairdresser made me feel rushed I often said I don't know do it as you want etc. With Fiona it's first time I felt confident enough to try two colours and the overall result was very natural. I am fortunate enough that am not a high maintenance person so this is my treat to myself.
