UNPLEASANT & DISHONEST
Elite wheels accused me of lying about calling the AA out twice and about the car's faults. I was advised to return the car by 3 different legitimate mechanics. I did this and Elite wheels refused to reimburse me as the V5C had not come through yet. They promised to return my money once they had received the V5C. Whilst I was sorting the V5C they re-registered the car without informing me or returning my money despite me sending bank details and confirmation of the verbal agreement made with them. I am now retrieving my money via the legal route with texts/video/pictures as evidence of my ownership and car faults. I suppose in this case you get what you pay for: 1,350GBP for a cheap pile of rubbish from a cheap and untrustworthy set up.
