        Their staff are always happy and life enhancing. Today, as for the last 30 years, it's been a real pleasure to have them here for the annual cesspit empty. I don't know how they select and train / motivate staff but it is fantastic. Every time we see them it leaves a nice feeling that there are great people out there. Well done.
