Very rude women on the first till! If you want to act as a manager then do it rightfully with a sense of responsibility. Giving one word answers clearly sounds like they have lack of knowledge, but first of all sort out your attitude!

Ive heard it said that Wendover isnt what to used to be .. Well I dont know what it used to be like, but I cant sing the praises of the Wendover Post office enough. My husband has dementia .. and when he wandered off last week it was Leigh at the Post Office who realised I wasnt with him and raised the alarm. She was kind enough to keep him comfortable and talked to him while someone else contacted me and she waited to make sure he was safe. Leigh didnt ignore the fact he was on his own.- she instantly realised this was out of the norm - she didnt prioritize her job over showing human kindness. She noticed him and our family is hugely grateful. Thank you Wendover Post Office for knowing (and caring about) your customers.
